Situated minutes away from the beauty of historic Algonquin Park, we are a home away from home located on 4 acres of forest surrounded by 40 acres of forested Crown Land.    

The Wolf Den is affordable, cozy, friendly accommodation on the doorstep of Algonquin Park for those wanting to experience the beauty of the Canadian Wilderness.  Whether you wish to hike, paddle, snowshoe, ski, bike, enjoy the sounds and sights of nature or even use us as a jump off or conclusion to a camping trip, we strive to offer our guests a relaxed environment.  We are not a place for loud parties and do enforce late night noise restrictions.

We cater to all ages and group sizes, from singles to families and large groups.  Rent the whole Wolf Den for your wedding, family reunion, or group.

        We offer:

•  Use of a cedar log sauna, BBQs, a fire pit, volleyball court, and community garden 
• Towels and bed linens
•  Clean, fully equipped, self catering kitchen with excellent drinking water, fridge, freezer, stoves, pots, pans, dishes, cuttlery, cups, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and spices
•  A cozy lounge in the loft of the main lodge to relax, read, play games, sit by the fire, play our musical instruments, and meet people from Canada and around the world!
